Why this exists
Why this exists
- How is this different from Notion/ClickUp/Trello for content planning?
- Those tools do a hundred things. We do two: plan the content, get it approved. No workspace to set up, no template to hunt down, no fourteen features you'll never touch. If you wanted a kitchen sink, you'd have bought one already.
- Do my clients need to create an account?
- Nope. No login, no password, no "verify your email" purgatory, no 2FA text they'll ignore for three days. Just a link. They click it, they answer some questions, they're done. Revolutionary, we know.
- Is this AI-generated content ready to publish as-is?
- Honestly, no, and we'd be lying if we said yes. Think of it as a very fast, very competent first draft: the structure's there, the direction's right, the blank page is gone. You (or your client) still bring the final polish. We just make sure nobody's staring at an empty Google Doc at 11pm.
How it works day-to-day
How it works day-to-day
- Can I white-label this for my clients?
- Yep. Your logo, your colors, your name on the intake link. Your client never has to know there's a tool behind the curtain at all, unless you want them to.
- Does this work for redesigns, not just new builds?
- Absolutely. A redesign client still needs a content plan, they just have more baggage (old copy, old opinions, an "About Us" page from 2014). The intake handles it the same way, no separate flow required.
- Can I get content back if I cut something?
- Yes. Cuts don't vanish, they're saved so you can pull a line back if you decide later you actually wanted it. No re-writing from memory, no "wait, what did that used to say."
Pricing & the fine print
Pricing & the fine print
- What happens to my plans if I don't subscribe?
- Nothing. It's yours, free, no watermark, no card. You get five projects free for your first year, and after that one project stays fully active no matter what.
- What happens after my first year?
- If you want to keep more than one project active, that's when the $29/month plan kicks in. Five is the cap either way, so paying buys time, not tiers. Don't subscribe and you drop back to one active project. The others stay readable, exportable, and their client links keep working.
- Is my client's data secure?
- Yes. Their answers go straight into your project, nowhere else. No data resold, no mystery third parties, no fine print you need a lawyer to translate.
